ce carte/tutorial/prezentare online/etc ati recomanda pentru cineva care ar vrea sa implementeze o retea bayesiana de la zero? se presupune ca stiu partea de probabilitati.

My tutorial is still read quite frequently as a starting point for understanding Bayesian Networks.  But in terms of implementation, there’s a lot of code out there that you can get to.  A good place to start is http://www.cs.ubc.ca/~murphyk/Bayes/bnsoft.html.
