Va recomand cu caldura sa aruncati o privire aici SQL Server 2005 Upgrade Technical Reference Guide inainte de a face upgrade-ul. Nu este atat de simplu pe cat pare la prima vedere.

Alte posibile solutii:adaugati in connection string - Connection Timeout = 0Din Enterprise Manager - Right Click pe server - selectati Properties iar in tab-ul Connections setati Query Timeout pe 0.

Ce Service Pack folositi? Scriptul foloseste cumva cursoare? Textul exact al erorii este ?
