Specifically, we are looking for a Project Lead to become an integral part of our Bucharest office. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />Consulting (Implementation) <br />Assist with installing and configuring software <br />Assist with building relational and OLAP databases, and writing and testing calculations <br />Extract, transform and load data into both OLAP and relational databases <br />Verify data loaded into OLAP and relational databases <br />Build and test templates and reports <br />Document and communicate project status regularly to the Project Lead <br />Client Relations <br />Resolve customer issues in a timely and responsive manner <br />Escalate customer issues that are unresolved to the Project Lead <br />Build and foster strong client relationships during the implementation; gaining credibility and trust <br />Assist other departments on as needed basis including performing software quality assurance and product support tasks <br />Qualifications: <br /> <br />Ability to effectively communicate in English both written and oral <br />Post secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering or Finance/Business or equivalent experience <br />Experience in building relational databases (MS SQL and/or Oracle) and/or OLAP databases (MS Analysis Services and/or Oracle Essbase preferred) <br />Ability to write basic programming code to facilitate calculations and reporting <br />Ability to create complex formulas, macros and sophisticated formatting in Microsoft Excel <br />Strong problem solving ability <br />Must have a good understanding of Financial Reporting Concepts <br />Experience in project management and leading teams will be an asset <br />Understanding of basic accounting principles, terms and processes will be an asset <br />Experience with budgeting and financial consolidation considered an asset <br />Experience in building and using OLAP databases considered an asset <br />Additional Requirements: <br /> <br />Willingness and legal ability to travel to Europe and Canada (75% of time and more) <br />
