Specifically, we are looking for a Senior .NET Application Developer to become an integral part of our Development Services division. <br /> <br /> We are seeking a talented senior programmer with strong C#, relational database and OO programming skills. You will perform object oriented development and ongoing enhancement as a member of the development team; you will be involved in building and enhancing a large financial application in production. The application involves a variety of technologies built on the Microsoft platform. You must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously and take initiative. <br /> <br />Required Skills <br /> <br />6+ years of C# using all versions of the .NET Framework <br />Experience using Visual Studio 2005 / 2008 including WinForm and/or WebForms. <br />Deep understanding of how to work effectively with the .Net framework <br />Strong OOD/OOP experience <br />2+ years of database application development <br />GUI development experience <br />Experience with XBRL is an asset and nice to have skills <br />Experience writing applications that interact with Microsoft Office, (especially with Word and Excel) on different versions of Microsoft .Net Framework (3.5) is a strong plus <br />Experience with components such as LINQ, Aspose, DevExpress and Infragistics is a strong plus <br />Experience with Visual Studio 2008, is preferred <br />Accounting experience and knowledge is a strong plus <br />Oracle experience is a strong plus <br />Experience with WPF/WCF/SOA <br />Experience with ADO.NET Entity Framework is definitely a plus <br />Familiarity with OLAP databases such as Essbase and Microsoft Analysis Services <br /> <br />Qualifications: <br /> <br />Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience <br />Excellent communication and interpersonal skills <br />Ability to work independently and as a part of a team <br />Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment <br />Superior organizational, problem solving, and time management abilities <br />Passionate about providing solutions to challenging technical problems <br />Experience and interest in being a mentor or lead. <br /> <br />If you are interested please send your resume to gdan@claritysystems.com
