Puteti folosi SQL Agent Alerts si executa un job ca raspuns la declansarea unei alerte.

To define the response to an alert

Expand a server group, and then expand a server.

Expand Management, and then expand SQL Server Agent.

Click Alerts, and in the details pane, right-click an alert.

Click Properties, and then click the Response tab.

Select the Execute job check box, and then click a job to execute when the alert occurs.
You can create a new job by clicking (New Job), or modify an existing job by clicking the browse (...) button.

Under Operators to notify, select one or more of the following check boxes for one or more operators: E-mail, Pager, or Net send.
Be sure that each operator's notification method is valid.

Select the appropriate Include alert error text in check box for the notification method used if you want the alert error text to be sent with the notification.

Under Additional notification message to send to operator, enter additional information for the operator.
The maximum number of characters is 512.

As putea in sql 2000 sa-mi definesc un eveniment la nivel de server/baza de date in care sa pun codul meu care sa se execute atunci cand eventul are loc?
