Gata am gasit, ms oricum de raspunsuri cu ping am incercat cu xp..cmdshell dar tot la fel ingreuna procedura si ping dai in eth nu in linked server(poate sa fie corupt,oprit serviciul SQL). Am gasit optiune de connection timeout in setarile linked server .
