-         Experienta in analiza, proiectarea si arhitectura sistemelor informatice

-         Cunostinte / experienta design patterns

-         Foarte bune cunostinte java / j2ee: 3+ ani (EJB, JSP, WebServices, Servlets, jsf, Struts, XML)

-         Web : DHTML, JavaScript

-         Application servers : Websphere

-         Mediu de dezvoltare : eclipse, wsad, rad

-         Foarte bune cunostinte SQL:  preferabil intr-un mediu Informix, peste trei ani

-         jUnit, DBUnit, HTTPUnit, jRun, ANT

-         Cunostinte unix / aix

-         Preferabil cunostinte limba franceza (sau engleza)
