The promotion is called "First to Know" and is avalaible also for MCITP exams for Windows Server 2008.

After registering you will receive an email when the exams are released with a voucher.

I also registered for MCTS exams for Win2008 (not available anymore) but I tried to register for the exam and the voucher was denied by Prometric. Microsoft sent me a bad vocuher. I hope the future vouchers are real.
